Kristen Presgrove is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience in healthcare finance. She began her career in audit with a Big Four firm before moving into progressive leadership roles across the healthcare industry. Kristen currently serves as Vice President of Accounting at the Oklahoma Proton Center, where she partners closely with revenue cycle management to oversee accounts receivable and collections analytics, driving improvements in financial performance. At Allied Health Services, she applies her financial acumen and deep healthcare expertise to ensure clients achieve sustainable success.
